Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our Return policy lasts for 14 days from the Delivery Date. If 14 days have passed since you have received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us (info@kitchomeplus.com) with the subject line“Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #” along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.
Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects. If a product has been successfully delivered in normal condition and no damage or defect is reported at the time of delivery, subsequent claims of damage will not be eligible for a return or refund.
We do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer. No refund shall be issued on unsuccessful deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided.

For Non-US Based Country, Returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Service Department.
- To obtain approval, simply contact us via e-mail at info@kitchomeplus.com or call +1-(302)-592-6611 and explain the reasons for your return.
- If your merchandise fits our criteria, our friendly customer service representative will issue aReturn Authorization Number and confirm the shipping and credit details at that time.
- The confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail for your records.
The following items are not eligible for return: items returned without original packaging, items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned not in their original condition, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error. All return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you received a different product from the one purchased on our website, please contact us via our email:info@kitchomeplus.com. This request must be made within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days after receiving the product.
To prove the error, we request that you send photos of the product received, as well as informing the number of the order placed. We will analyze the photographs and, once the error is proven, we will start the exchange procedure at no additional cost to the customer.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
